We like to be different here at Six Ten.

We saw a need in our industry for new stylists that were still working on perfecting their skills behind the chair.

So we decided to invest our time and resources into creating a 4-month paid program to train new talent.

Ashlyn:

This program is a hybrid of shadowing an experienced stylist and taking models to practice the skills you have been watching other stylists perform.

This gives you the support you need to have confidence when taking guests behind the chair. We no longer wanted to have stylists starting to take clients with us and being nervous about if they would know what to do or if the guest would like their hair.

We take pride in creating the best possible experience for guests and stylists! During this program, you will receive one on one coaching with a leader to help you work through the learning process.

There is also a six-week online self-guided program that helps to give you all the knowledge of our coloring and cutting techniques, color line, and guest interactions.

This program is perfect for the stylist that is looking for all the knowledge that they didn’t get from cosmetology school or previous salons, to take their career to the next level.
